Because I’m a shameless romantic, I should point out more clearly that the reason I love Stuart’s Doctor Who recitation in Queer As Folk has nothing to do with sci-fi and everything to do with it being the moment you cannot possibly deny that he has been in love with Vince for a very, very long time.
Like this scene from “Dawson’s Creek.” Joey is so tormented by Dawson in this episode (“The Anti-Prom”), even though he should know her well enough to realize those diamond earrings are a terrible idea. But this show had already been steered well off its Dawson tracks (by Greg Berlanti, among others), so of course it’s Pacey who notices the jewelry she’s wearing that really matters.
There should be a trope name for this—the moment it becomes clear they’ve been listening all along. Is there?

So first off this does not do one of the greatest ships any justice. Like I hold Pacey and Joey along with Max and Liz like OTP’s of all OTP’s so I like this but I don’t know if it represents the amazing ship that is Pacey and Joey well enough. I wanted to finish this though and hope you like it.
